“Whether you call someone a hero or a monster is all relative to where the focus of your consciousness may be.” – Joseph Cambpell
Hi Doc, I always appreciate your work. I was wondering if you’d make another video of your “Man of Steel Myths” videos on your YouTube page. I’ve noticed a number of people saying that Batman was brave to fight Superman in BvS. Many of these same individuals are also saying that Superman isn’t really brave because he has powers. So I imagined you making a video of Batman saying, “You’re not brave……” and then showing Superman’s bravery through his struggles against Faora, Nam-Ek, General Zod, and trying his best to take down the World Engine in “Man of Steel” as well as showcasing his bravery to fight Doomsday and getting hit with a nuke during that same fight. Hopefully you’ll consider this idea as an addition to your great videos.
Regards,
GodzillaOfSteel
Gojira-kun, I share your sentiment, I think I had a tweet ribbing the idea (found it: https://twitter.com/mosanswers/status/1009981281038454784 ) that people keep quoting Batman-as-the-villain as a valid saying.
That said, I’m probably out of the video-making game for the foreseeable future. The licensed software I was using was lost with damaged machine; and I don’t have the time, will, or funds to repurchase a new license or re-learn editing with a free alternative. If you decide to try your hand at editing this yourself, I’ll happily share and support the video though. Ja ne!
Alright. Thank you for your reply. It’s unfortunate that you won’t be making videos in the future. Your videos were well-done and great. Your videos really debunked and refuted many arguments that haters made. As for me, I don’t have the equipment to make videos like that. So I can’t do it either. But I hope that perhaps you’ll try your hand at it again someday.
